The Ceremony

The ceremony will be held on the beach in front of Sandy Bay (google maps here). We will gather around 5pm on the beach front, find seats and mingle, listening to the awesome tunes of the insanely talented Eugene & Akari. The ceremony, itself, led by Brian Gruber will kick off at 6pm exactly, and will include vows (led by Dani Viriyanot), a blessing from esteemed island Monk Phra Olarn Thanawutto, speeches and a signing under the watchful eye of the island Amphur. If you have already received an invitation, see you there!

We ask that everyone bring masks along as covid regulations are still in place. To that end we will be social distancing as much as possible, and sadly (while we REALLY wanted to invite everyone on the island and around the world), we are limited to 99 attendees. If you can’t make it, we will be livestreaming the event, to share the magic with everyone.

The Convoy

At 6:45pm, just as the sun is setting, we will make our way from the resort to Chaloklum, from where we will be taking boats from the pier to Bottle Beach.

There will be taxis available for everyone (free of charge) outside the resort which will drop you at the pier. From there, we will be boarding various boats (lit by tiki torches) to get to bottle beach. You will need your tickets for these (which will be issued by Georgie, Oytun, Lara & Brian) . You may prefer to take your bike/car for this bit (but still make sure you get your ticket for the boat). Full details for all of this are available here.

Friday night!

Friday’s festivities on Bottle Beach will be kicked of by the incredible Panganeros at 8pm. We will have more surprise live acts through the evening, and an open stage for the phenomenal amount of musicians coming to the event. PLEASE bring your instruments along if you want to play (some will be available). We also encourage all you wonderful artists and fire players to bring your kit and get involved! If you have accomodation arranged, your room number will be on your ticket. There will be sharing involved to fit everyone in, and at present we’re still working on the logistics. Should you wish to return home that evening, there will be boats available (see transport).

Saturday Day

If you have confirmation, breakfast (vegetarian and non-vegetarian as specified) will be supplied from 8-11 Saturday morning

No event on Koh Phangan would be complete without DJs, so on Saturday from 2pm the celebrations continue on the beach! We have three Djs running 2pm-11pm currently, but welcome others to come spin a few tunes with us 😉

Details for getting to and from the event on Saturday.

Parking

Where you park will depend on how long you attend and which days you are coming for. There is parking available at Sandy Bay, but if you plan on joining us in the taxis, please try to find an alternative spot to leave room.

If you are riding/driving to Chaloklum, please consider there is a market there on Sunday, so if you plan on being at the event for the long haul, leave your bikes/cars outside the main fisherman’s road 🙂
